Concept: 'a slight wobble in the taut daily routine' — the 'H' in the THIS logo has a wavering crossbar, symbolizing the relaxation beer brings. Cafe-like atmosphere in a quiet back alley. 1F glass-walled brewery + standing bar, 2F table seats. 6 taps (self-brewed + guest). No fixed lineup — ~40 styles/year, constantly rotating. 300L tanks ×4. Cans available. Collabs with Fakalò pizza gallery (panini), self-developed ice cream. Apparel and artist collabs planned.
