What if a guest comes in and doesn't order anything?

In practice it doesn't really happen — people who open KRFT and walk into a bar are there to drink. And the cap protects you anyway: a maximum of 10 verified visits per user, per month. Every tap after that is free.

Do I need a tablet or special hardware?

No. We send you a small KRFT card for the bar. The dashboard works on any phone or laptop.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum, no setup fee.

Is the dashboard in Japanese?

Yes, full Japanese support.

What about my regulars who would come anyway?

The 10-visits-per-user-per-month cap handles this. Past that, the same regular keeps tapping in for free.
