Opened July 13, 2023 by TANGRAM, a Tokyo design studio that decided to brew instead of just branding other people’s beer. The room reads like their portfolio: clean lines, blue-tile frontage, tanks framed behind glass, chalkboard minimalism. Downstairs is counter-and-standing; upstairs is a small seated loft where people read and pace their pours. Draft is typically a handful of house beers plus a few guests, leaning fruit/spice saisons and tidy IPAs over pastry gimmicks. Food stays narrow—nuts, cheese, a pizza-dough panini from a nearby shop—and they bake cakes in-house. No cover; crack a can inside and it’s usually a ¥200 opener.
