Opened March 2016 as the Tokyo outpost of RISE & WIN Brewing Co., based in Japan's first Zero Waste Declaration town, Kamikatsu in Tokushima. Interior by Takushi Nakamura & NAP: reclaimed wood, bengara-and-persimmon-tannin walls, a counter carved from a single Kamikatsu tree stump, chandeliers built from glass bottles. Eight taps pour Kamikatsu beer—shipped from the Tokushima brewery, not brewed on site—plus the whiskey-barrel-aged Barrel series. Menu director Fumio Yonezawa (NY/Paris alum) reworked the kitchen for a July 2025 relaunch under the 'Local Roots, Urban Table' theme, pairing the beers with Tokushima-sourced Italian and irregular produce. 10% service charge, closed Sundays. More eco-restaurant than beer-geek haunt.
