Head brewer Tamura ran Hinomoto Beer Parlor in Jimbocho until 2022, then closed it to chase his own brews and reopened in Komagome as brewery and taproom under one roof. Ten taps, all Japanese craft, with house pours like Sauvin Belgo (Nelson Sauvin hops × Belgian yeast), Mosaico WCIPA, Komagome EX Bitter, and a rotating cast that leans traditional styles tweaked with modern hopping. The room is wooden, warm-lit, counter and standing only for about 15, with a small terrace facing a quiet street near Rikugien. Food stops at 柿ピー and dagashi, which is the point. Bottles available to go.
