Opened December 2023 by Takuya and Tomoko Shinbo, the third-generation operators of Kanazawa Yokujo, who run four Tokyo sento (Koganeyu, Daikokuyu, Sakurayu, and Kanazawa in Higashi-Shinjuku). The concept is literal: brew beer designed for the after-bath moment. Brewing started Nov 26 (Iiburo no Hi, Good Bath Day). The taproom sits 20 seconds from Sakurayu, on Yotsume-dori, with interior by Yosuke Hayashi (Koffee Mameya, No Coffee) and branding by artist Hiroko Takahashi. A glass wall opens onto the brewing tanks. Three core beers: FOREST (weizen with sauna vihta), SUNRISE (pale ale), SHOWER (West Coast IPA). DJ booth, analog records, in-house pizza. Closed Mon-Wed.
