CHELADA is a Gose-style sour beer brewed on a light Mexican lager base made with corn, then brightened with lime citric acid and finished with locally sourced Heda salt from Numazu. The combination of tart lime acidity and gentle mineral saltiness creates a refreshing, moreish balance. Appearance is a lightly hazy straw color with a clean, crisp finish.
