An original Weizen-style beer brewed with 80 kg of Shinji Lake shijimi (freshwater clams) and Rishiri kelp, creating a uniquely umami-rich experience. Light and fruity on its own at around 6.7% ABV and 10 IBU, it transforms dramatically when paired with clam dishes, amplifying sweetness and savory depth. German Pilsner and Wheat malts provide a clean, bright base with a refreshing finish.
