A limited-edition Melon Hazy IPA brewed with 100% Kamifurano-grown Cascade hops and over 100kg of fresh Furano melon flesh, pureed and added during late fermentation. The name 'ikor' means 'treasure' in Ainu, reflecting the jewel-like quality of the locally grown melon. The result is a lush, smooth Hazy IPA bursting with juicy, ripe melon aroma complemented by citrus and white grape notes from two different harvests of Cascade hops.
