UMASH is a Mushroom Weizen Bock brewed at 7.0% ABV, made in collaboration with Geo Farm of Hachimantai, Iwate, using over 300 kg of locally grown brown mushrooms. Built on a Weizen Bock base with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, it delivers a rich, smooth mouthfeel characteristic of the style. Savory umami from the brown mushrooms melds with malt sweetness and a subtle roasty depth for a uniquely indulgent flavor.
