A high-alcohol hard cider at 11% ABV, inspired by the American Northeast tradition of Apple Jack, aged for six months in ex-bourbon barrels using concentrated apple juice. The bourbon casks lend oak character, warm whiskey undertones, and honeyed apple sweetness alongside the fruit-forward cider base. Winner of the Silver Award in the Wood Barrel Specialty category at the 2025 Japan Cider Cup.
