The wheat malt base lends a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that complements the lush peach fruitiness, while Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Sabro Cryo, and Simcoe hops contribute tropical, coconut, and citrus aromas. A firm hop bitterness arrives at the finish, delivering the satisfying backbone expected from an IPA.
