A special limited-edition Ginger Saison brewed with Shussai Ginger, a rare heritage ginger grown exclusively in Hikawa-cho, Izumo. The ginger used comes from the pressed residue (upcycled byproduct) of Raima-ya Shogato Honpo, a long-established confectionery. It offers a soft ginger aroma, a refreshing character, and a gently spicy finish typical of the saison style. ABV 6.5%.
