A collaborative saison between Kyoto Brewing and Hansharo Beer, brewed with sake yeast and a blend of jasmine, chrysanthemum, and dandelion flowers. The sake yeast imparts ginjo-like aromas of pear and white grape, while hops Audacia and Vista add floral, herbal, and gentle tropical notes. The result is an elegant, dry beer reminiscent of a fine Pinot Grigio white wine.
