A hazy IPA brewed with Bramley sour green apples grown near the brewery in Obuse, Nagano, along with home-grown spelt wheat, oats, and a generous charge of fruity hops from New Zealand, the US, and home-grown Cascade. At 5.0% ABV and IBU 12, it pours a lightly orange-tinged hazy golden and offers a clear apple aroma with underlying white peach and tropical notes. Despite its soft mouthfeel, Bramley's firm acidity keeps it crisp, dry, and refreshing rather than sweet.
