A 2023 vintage of AJB's iconic Foeder Aged Saison, fermented and matured in a 5,000L custom-made foeder inoculated with Brettanomyces in a mixed-culture environment. It presents a crisp, pleasant acidity with tightly wound wild yeast aromas on the nose, finishing dry and clean with a satisfying depth of flavor. Released once a year, this is a counterpart to the Foeder Sour series.
