A West Coast IPA brewed with sake yeast, featuring high bitterness and tropical hop character. Made with Pilsener and wheat malts, hopped with Oktawia, Eclipse, and Cotra varieties. The unique fermentation uses sake yeast initially, finished with West Coast ale yeast for complete attenuation.
