KNOT is a collaborative Spice Gose brewed with sudachi (Japanese citrus), juniper berries, and dill, resulting in a refreshingly crisp and spicy wheat beer. Wheat malt makes up over 50% of the grain bill for a smooth mouthfeel, while banana aromas from hefeweizen yeast lead into juniper and citrus flavors, finishing with a characteristic saline and tart bite.
