INVERSION#6 is a bold 7% ABV West Coast Pilsner hopped with Cryo Citra, Cryo Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Chinook, delivering aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, lychee, citrus, and pineapple in layered waves. Dip hopping was employed to minimize hop creep and achieve an exceptionally clean, crisp finish. The result balances the drinkability of a pilsner with the hop intensity and body of an IPA.
