Opened as a January 2026 Shibuya basement project, Kanpai Stand is the owner's pivot from IT/beauty/advertising into Made-in-Japan drinking culture. The bar keeps the spiel short: domestic craft on a tight tap lineup (around six), poured quickly via QR mobile ordering and mostly cashless payment. White walls and pale wood make it feel more like a showroom than a pub, which is the point—steady turnover, no lingering theatre. They'll do simple snacks and fried bits, and they even allow outside food if you pay a bring-in fee. Treat it as a two-pour stop between Shibuya chaos and your next address.
