A limited-edition lager brewed to celebrate the 55th anniversary of Moeginomura ROCK in Kiyosato Highlands. Crafted with five malts—Durst, Rahr, Barrett, Weyermann Pilsner, and Munich—alongside five hops including local Kaiko-gane and Cascade as well as Polaris, Mandarina Bavaria, and Tango, all added during the boil for a sharp bitterness (IBU 55). The result is a crisp, dry lager with refreshing citrus notes, malt umami, and a clean finish.
