Bay-area brewpub opened March 2024 inside HARUMI FLAG Park Village—the residential complex on the former Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village grounds. Brewery tanks sit in the middle of the dining room; chef-brewer Kamiya runs both the kettle and the kitchen. Eight taps: five in-house (HARUMI FLAG GOLD Golden Ale, West Coast IPA, seasonal ambers and lagers, plus the 'Harumi 5-chome' brown ale co-recipe'd with local residents) and three guests from Zero Labo, SAKE-YA Kitami, and Soshigaya. The parent is a sake and wine importer—300+ bottles at retail price on the shelves, no corkage if you pour one at your table. Italian-leaning food: spare ribs, karaage, fish and chips in house-beer batter. ¥330 seat fee after 5pm if no order.
