Roppongi has a lot of loud neon bars; this one has been quietly pouring since 2004, above street level in the Kenzo building. It runs like a proper pub: chalkboard-style guest taps, rotating Japanese craft alongside imports, and a whisky shelf that reads like a reference book (around 300 bottles). The kitchen isn’t an afterthought—fish & chips uses that day’s market fish, and they lean into pub oddities like haggis, plus seasonal game. Pours are by size (S/M/L/BIG), so you can sample without wrecking your night. No cover charge and the room is non-smoking, which keeps the malt and hops readable.
