The house list lives on chalkboards; the brewhouse sits behind glass in the rear, so you drink with the tanks in view. Drinks are often ordered at the counter, then carried to your spot—efficient, not precious. It runs on short all‑you‑can‑drink blocks (60/90/120 minutes), which is why locals crowd the narrow room and loft after work.
