BeBu is Andaz Tokyo’s ground-floor Beer + Burger concept (open since 2014), built for hotel traffic and office spillover rather than bar-hopping romantics. The 2022 reset brought Chef de Cuisine Niko Martinez and a tighter American-comfort menu, but the real tell is the beverage sheet: craft beer, the house “Andaz beer,” extra-cold Asahi, plus a 3L beer tower when groups want volume. Big glass, wide spacing, terrace seats (pets allowed), and zero smoking keep it clean and transactional. No service charge; cards and transit e-money work. If you’re hunting rare kegs, look elsewhere; this is curated, not obsessive.
