A genuinely tiny family-run brewpub tucked inside the Yatsu Yuro shotengai, where the tanks are visible from your seat. Owner-brewer Imai Takahiro walked away from a Suginami brewpub job to secure Narashino City's first-ever liquor production license in 2017 — a civic act as much as a business one. He brews 60+ batches a year, keeping 7–8 taps live at any time, ranging from house Pale Ale and session IPA to the dense Yatsu Black. Order the 50ml tasting flights at ¥150 each and eat the Narashino sausage — historically the very town where Germany's sausage craft entered Japan.
