A genuine brewpub dropped into Kabukicho's Central Road, opened March 2021 by CMG's Daiki Matsuura with a crew of ex-shot-bar and lounge operators who spent five years studying craft before firing up the third-floor kettle. Brewer Taiga Ogawa, ex-Usami, turns out the house lineup: a clean 25-IBU Pilsner, a bracing 70-IBU IPA, a Belgian White, plus a novelty CBD bottle. Order the tasting flight first, then commit to a pint. Three floors — first is non-smoking, second lets you light up, third is the brewery itself. BBQ and fried potatoes soak up the beer. Loud and group-driven, unmistakably Kabukicho; arrive early for a seat and actual conversation.
