Operated by the Product Of Time hospitality group — the same outfit behind Craftsman and Maribana — Beerjuku Laundry opened in September 2021 and quietly became Fujisawa's most credible tap room. The blue neon sign marks a ground-floor space built around a large U-shaped counter and a terrace. Twelve rotating taps lean hard into Kanagawa-local and domestic Japanese craft, with bottles and cans in the fridge for takeout. The food brief is deliberately odd: oden, charcoal yakitori, and Thai green papaya salad share the same menu. Skip the table — take the counter and watch the taps rotate.
