CRAFT BEER MARKET is a Steady Works chain, but this Mitsukoshimae outpost (COREDO Muromachi 3, opened 2014) runs like a beer hall, not a costume party. The hook is the flat ¥690 pour across around 30 rotating taps—Japanese breweries next to imports—so you can taste widely without playing price roulette. Food leans izakaya with a fish bias; the ¥300 otoshi is standard and the kitchen moves fast. The room is non-smoking, and the terrace gets used when the weather cooperates—dogs are allowed outside.
