Born in the Musashi‑Koyama redevelopment mall in late 2019, Via STANd is a 6‑tap beer-and-wine stop built to be a “via”—a place you pass through after work. It’s run by Shuhei Mori, ex‑Craft Beer Market, with a kitchen-first mindset: low‑temperature meats (pork, lamb, veal) and solid pasta, not just bar snacks. The STAN in the name is a nod to “super-fan,” and the taps turn over fast—six lines means the list can change weekly. Expect non‑smoking seats, cards/QR payments, and a ¥500 table charge with a small starter soup. Order small pours first; decide later. Sit at the counter for the kitchen view; tables are few, and the outside deck gets windy in winter.
