CRAFT倶楽部 is essentially the storefront bar for the Japan Bartender School upstairs: instructors run the stick, and the menu reads like a curriculum - standards done clean, plus CRAFT originals built to show technique. The name is the point: craft over theatrics. Beer isn't an afterthought either; there's craft on tap and bottles rotating behind the counter. It's small (15 seats), quiet enough to hear the shake, and non-smoking, so the coffee-grinder scent actually comes through. Expect a ¥500 charge after 17:00 plus 10% service; pay by card or PayPay. Keep your group tight. Order a cocktail first, then patch the landing with jamon or fish & chips.
