DevilCraft's second location, open since August 2013, and the biggest in the chain at 60 seats across counter, table, and standing areas. Same three American founders — Grant, Koehler, Chambers — running the show. This is the Chicago deep dish branch, not Detroit-style like The Corner. About half the 14 taps pour their own house brews, the rest rotate guest craft. The pizza takes up to an hour during peak, so order it the moment you sit down. Hamamatsucho is a salaryman neighborhood, which means weekday evenings fill fast with office crowds unwinding. Weekends are calmer and better for actually tasting what you're drinking.
