Opened on 1 March 2024 by liquor-store operator SAKE-YA JAPAN, this Harumi Flag brewpub is built around a simple neighborhood idea: make beer where people actually live, not in a warehouse nobody sees. The tanks sit in the middle of the room, brewer Kenji Kamiya's house beers rotate across roughly eight taps, and 300 direct-import wines sit on the shelves to remind you this is still a serious bottle shop. The room is bright, broad, and more dining hall than bar cave, with terrace spill outside and local groups filling it at night. Ignore the wine first. Start with the freshest in-house pour, then order sausages, karaage, or fish and chips.
