A ground-floor pasta room in the Nest Oshiage building, a few minutes off the Skytree foot traffic, running 25 seats under flat, unfussy light — closer to a neighborhood trattoria than a beer den, kept at conversation volume. The pull for the craft crowd is the tap wall: five rotating pours curated by Ryogoku Beer Club Popeye, the shop that effectively wrote Japan's craft-beer playbook. The move: a plate of the house fresh pasta (50-plus cuts made in-house) with a Popeye-picked draft, then linger — Tuesday through Saturday the kitchen holds until midnight. No cover, cards and IC fine, ashtrays live outside only.
