Brewpub on the ground floor of Itabashi Cask Village—a converted Scotch Malt Sales HQ that also houses a whisky tasting room, wine bistro, and guesthouse. Opened May 2018 by Bob Stockwell and chief beer engineer Mike Carncross under the banner 'communal brewing': customers can actually brew their own beer on the 20L pilot system. Eleven house taps rotate weekly—expect clean American IPAs (Center Gai, 307), lagers, and guava sour sorbets, plus signature highballs on tap. Counter built from reused whiskey barrels, gacha machines, bonsai on the tables. Order the smash burger with the cheese dip, pair with a four-beer flight. Dogs on the terrace. Closed Mondays.
