SUNNY HOP is a breakdance-led beer-and-dog shop run by Kohei "CRUDE" Nakayama and manager Shimperor, both active B-boys. It opened 2023-10-07 as CRUDE Inc’s clubhouse, so there’s a record-stacked DJ corner and occasional weekend sets. The room is bright and spare—big windows, plywood, and the hotdog sofa as the joke centerpiece. Five taps rotate, often anchored by CRUDE BEER (Nakayama’s 2021 label) plus guests from their orbit; the launch beer used Kunitachi Brewery tanks with Craftrock recipe support. Buns are custom from Koenji’s Shigekuniya 55 Bakery, built to hold pickles, sauce, and a snappy sausage. Seating is 16 inside, 6 terrace, all non-smoking. Keep the order basic: dog, fries, fresh hop-forward pint.
