OKEI BREWERY opened in 2021 as OKEI GROUP’s Arakawa outpost—an Italian crew that decided they’d rather pour their own beer than keep buying kegs. The taps run 10+ deep, mixing house beer with rotating guests, and the brewing side is on display like a working set. Their head brewer came up as a pizza chef, so the food reads more trattoria bar than pub grub: small plates, pastas, and the odd spice-forward snack. It’s compact (27 seats) but not precious; locals from Yanesen and the park drift in. No cover charge, cards/QR payments work, and it’s fully non-smoking (smoke spot outside). Start with the house lager, then ask what’s newest off the tank.
