Run by Kyle and Yuki, Pintology is a Sasazuka taproom-bottle shop hybrid aimed at locals, not bar-hoppers chasing a checklist. The board rotates through 12 taps of Japanese craft and imports, plus a whisky shelf; pours come in US pints or halves, ordered at the counter and paid as you go. Hours are 15:00–23:00 with Tuesday off. Food stays minimal—chips, nuts, salami—and they’ll sometimes pull in nachos or pizza from nearby. They also stock non-alcohol craft bottles when you want hops without the hit. On some nights it flips into Finetology, a vinyl DJ session with a one-drink order, not a door tax. Expect purple fridge glow and occasional subtitled films on the wall.
