Opened March 21, 2020 in the Higashi-Jujo shotengai, two minutes from the JR Keihin-Tohoku station, in a long-abandoned sash factory warehouse the founders found in summer 2018 and DIY-renovated. The operation is a six-person co-founder collective: married couple Agawa Hiroyuki and Yuko, plus Ono Tamotsu, Aoyagi Yuta, Nakayama Jun (the equipment guy), and Nishiyama Ikuo (who grows hops on his own farm and feeds them into the brewhouse). All six keep weekday day jobs and meet only on Saturday and Sunday to brew and run the taproom, the entire crew still intact past four years on. The logo on the back brewhouse wall was hand-painted overnight by the six of them plus friends with a projector. Eight taps all house, leaning Hazy and traditional IPAs alongside the Time Flow Barleywine and seasonal one-offs. Counter plus a roofed outdoor terrace. Cans, growlers, plastic cups to go. Saturday and Sunday only, 13:00 to 19:00.
