Opened December 2024 by owner Tanobe Ryo, who specifically hunted for a high-ceiling space in a quieter pocket of Akasaka, away from the neon strip. The concept is straightforward: NY-style 100% beef patties grilled to order, served with your choice of fries, spice chips, or thick-cut potato chips. Brooklyn Lager anchors the draft line at ¥730, backed by two or three rotating Japanese craft options around ¥980 — recent sightings include Black Tide Brewing's Gulliver Wheat from Kesennuma. The space seats 20 across counter and table, with Wi-Fi and outlets for the laptop crowd during the day. Dogs welcome after 2PM on weekdays, all day weekends. It's a burger place that happens to stock decent beer, not the other way around.
