Nepalese-home-cooking-meets-Japanese-craft-beer specialist on the second floor of Daido Building, two minutes from Kanda West Exit, opened March 13, 2013 by Kubota — formerly working at a Nepal-specialist travel agency, who built the menu around the family meals he ate during fieldwork. One Nepalese chef plus two Japanese staff. 8 rotating Japanese craft taps printed in color order from light to dark — solid choices like Kyoto Brewing, Shiga Kogen, Aooni Pilsner, Knee Deep — and the staff actively guides newcomers toward the right pairing. Signature dishes are hand-folded mutton/chicken momo, dal-batter wo (Nepalese okonomiyaki), spicy gizzard-and-liver stir-fry, and a thin Nepalese mutton curry. 26 seats (6 counter + 20 table), no service charge, no otoshi. Selected for Tabelog Bronze Asian/Ethnic 100 in 2023. Closed Sundays and holidays.
