Uchu Brewing’s Tokyo outpost landed in Toranomon Hills (Glass Rock 2F) in April 2025, giving the Yamanashi haze machine a clean, corporate address. The room is basically a glass cube: a short counter, a can fridge, and a tap list that leans IPA-heavy with the occasional fruit-bomb smoothie pour. Daytime is suits and laptops; later it turns into can hunters checking releases. It’s cashless, foodless, and unapologetically quick—buy cans, grab a pour, move on. If you want range, order small pours back-to-back and watch what just kicked. English menu exists; keep your order simple. Bring snacks from the building; nobody is cooking for you.
