Two Fingers is run by Nao and Stef (one foot in Japan, one in Australia), and it still feels like a beer-nerd living room even after the 2025 move to Nishi-Ikebukuro. The room is built around a big slab counter and nine rotating taps—no “house lager” autopilot; they chase fresh releases and rarely repeat kegs. Half pours are the smart play if you’re sampling. The fridges are stocked for takeaway, so you can drink a draft and leave with cans for later. No cover. Watch their Instagram for tap takeovers and their own collaboration beers. Come early, sit at the counter, talk shop, then move on.
