Self-pour Ebisu taproom opened May 2022, the third in Domingo Inc.'s TAP&GROWLER / TAP&CROWLER / TAP&TUMBLER craft-beer-by-volume family—the other two sit in Shimokitazawa and Shibuya. Mechanic: collect a glass and a POUR card at the counter, tap the card against whichever of the fifteen self-serve lines you want, pour in 0.1-ounce increments, pay at the end. Taps rotate daily across Far Yeast, Fujiyama Hunter's, Craftrock, DevilCraft and the rest of the domestic scene; another forty international bottles sit in the fridge for drink-in or takeaway. CO2-nitrogen ratios tuned per beer for head texture. Factory-ish interior, mostly standing, BYO food welcome, no cover charge, dogs and kids fine. Mondays open 24 hours.
