Opened Sep 29, 2023 on Daikanyama's Castle Street, Bibibi is run by Naotake Hibiya (bar + community operator) and craft-beer writer Satoshi Tomokiyo. It's a compact standing room with ten taps that rotate daily, bought direct from breweries Tomokiyo has interviewed across Japan. The point isn't hanging with the regulars—beer and makers are the headliners. A big "TODAY'S TAP" screen and QR codes nudge you into reading origin stories before ordering. They also do talk-style events ("Beer Jam") and occasionally pour collaboration batches. No cover, cashless is normal, and there's a small terrace when weather behaves. Food is basically popcorn; bring your own bites.
