Keitaro Mori started brewing in Hamura in 2018 to supply his ASH FORD British pub, then shifted production to Fussa during the pandemic and moved the operation here in March 2024 after redevelopment forced another reset. That history matters because the place still feels like a brewer’s practical answer to Fussa rather than a polished concept. Ground floor is tanks; upstairs is the taproom: counter, tables, one big standing table, cash-on, eight house taps, and a room shaped by Yokota traffic. About half the crowd is overseas, so the tone lands closer to an American brewpub than a Tokyo beer shrine. Drink the IPA line first, then use the pulled pork burger or fish and chips to keep pace.
