JOLIE opened in 2016 on the third floor of Phil Park Meguro Aobadai, run by Nagano (store manager) who targeted this quiet pocket after years working around Daikanyama. He turned the “upstairs is inconvenient” problem into the point: big windows, DIY wood-and-iron furniture, and a long bar facing the kitchen. The menu is Italo‑Americana—meatballs, chicken, hand-cut pasta—backed by a sommelier’s wine list and a small but pointed import-beer lineup (expect West Coast IPAs). Dinner is a drinking table; non-drinkers get turned away. Seats are limited (25), so book if you’re bringing a group; cards and e-money work, but no QR payments.
