OUR DAYs is what happens when a film producer decides the set should pour beer. Founder/brewer Noriko Nishiguchi started the project in 2021, then opened this Sasazuka micro-brewery in 2022 with the tanks basically in the room. They brew on German SPEIDEL kit (230L mash, four 200L fermenters) and tweak malt/hop ratios every batch; taps usually sit at 6–7 “original” pours, often named after movies. There’s popcorn and snack-level food, and the bakery across the street is a common supplement. Downstairs is standing-first with a few stools; weekends can activate the upstairs clubhouse kitchen. Keep it simple: one taster, one pint, no lingering.
