Opened as the 2F spin-off of Shitamachi Bar Nagaokaya (2015), this is where the group leaned harder into beer while keeping the lamb-chop + paella core. They keep five regular crafts plus 4–5 guest kegs, then pad the list with bottles and beer cocktails for the non-nerds. The room is built for bookings—70 seats, projector, and a strict two-hour rhythm—so come early if you want the counter. The company cut its teeth selling lamb at festival pop-ups (Fuji Rock) and now keeps English and Traditional Chinese menus for overseas tables. No cover charge, non-smoking, and cards/IC/PayPay all work. Order one salt chop and one sauce chop, then stop.
