Opened in Dec 2024 a few minutes from Mitaka Station, Neko to Azarashi is a counter-first 17-seat beer pub with 10 rotating taps and three pour sizes (mini/half/pint) for sampling without regret. The house leans “beer with food,” not chips-and-nuts: daily plates, fried sides, and heavier dishes show up alongside the tap list. The subculture hook is the cat-leaning programming—cat-named beers, cat-day tappings, and occasional charity pours that donate part of sales to spay/neuter work.
